After tedious strokes and bearing with the addictive stench of permanent markers, I proudly present to you my first major wall doodle. It's a design for GCF-East's Youth Center and served as a background for the launching of the Youth Worship. The wall was initially coated four times with latex and applied with gloss so I could easily draw on it.
Doodles are spontaneous and at most contain no profound meaning at all but I was asked to explain my art as how I could relate it to the youth. Aside from the banal lines that fill up the bland spaces, the bizarre creatures are the direct representation of the mundane world and the centerpiece are the humbled youth of prayer, going down in their knees to be able to go up.
Overall, the design mirrors the unconventional thinking of the youth today, contemporary and avant-garde.
Thanks to those who doodled the left part, I didn't take pictures of it anymore.
All for God's glory.
